With slightly more than 12 minutes remaining in Boston Colleges’s 34-10 home opening loss to Wake Forest, the BC message board started promoting season tickets for an Eagles’ men’s basketball team which had compiled a 2-34 record in ACC basketball the past two seasons.
Sound move, since it served as a temporary distraction from the pile of manure which was being piled up by the Eagles’ on their new artificial turf at Alumni Stadium.
